Assistant Manager, Marketing (Fintech)

What you will do

• Plan and execute branding, lending, segment, product, ATL, BTL, event, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop campaign ideas with internal stakeholders to support business goals and consumer needs.
• Direct creative and media agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule.
• Monitor owned social media channels and stay informed about market dynamics, competitors, and financial products.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, ensure initiatives are measurable and reportable, and manage the approved marketing budget.
• Participate in identifying customer needs and developing products and technology that improve the customer journey.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of experience in branding and marketing.
• Proven experience in branding campaigns, digital content strategy, and social media.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, problem-solving, business acumen, and results orientation.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or loan products is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese are required. Putonghua fluency is an advantage.
