Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Own the full-funnel campaign strategy for the Thai market to drive user acquisition, transaction volume, and engagement.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across media, influencer, and offline channels.
• Manage and optimize the Thailand campaign budget across paid media, influencer, partnership, and CRM channels.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to co-create campaigns that amplify visibility and deepen engagement.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture using A/B tests and behavioral analysis to personalize user journeys.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading consumer-facing campaigns end-to-end.
• 1–2 years of people management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Strong understanding of the Thai media landscape, including emerging trends and KOLs.
• Ability to translate data into clear decisions using performance dashboards and budgets.
• Must have the right to work in Thailand.
