Social Media Manager (Fintech)

Location: NCR, Philippines; hybrid setup

What you will do

• Lead social media content strategy for key campaigns and always-on initiatives across owned channels.
• Develop content plans aligned with marketing objectives, audience growth, engagement, brand affinity, and positive sentiment.
• Translate integrated marketing campaigns into social-first strategies and platform-specific content.
• Monitor platform trends, updates, and audience insights to identify content opportunities.
• Direct content execution, copywriting, publishing schedules, and channel management.
• Lead campaign analysis and reporting while coordinating internal stakeholders and agency partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
• Experience developing and executing social media content strategies for brands or advertising and digital agencies.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, audience behavior, trends, and performance metrics.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in NCR, Philippines.
