Focus on improving accounting processes, optimizing ERP automation, and developing the accounting team.
Location: Shanghai, China
What you will do
- Lead general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting activities.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Review account reconciliations and financial statements.
- Lead tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting while maintaining internal controls and compliance.
- Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and automation.
- Lead and develop accounting team members and support budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of accounting experience in multinational companies.
- Experience leading accounting teams and audit engagements.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with ERP experience.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required.
Nice to have
- CPA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent qualification.
