What you will do
- Lead day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable operations.
- Prepare monthly AR ageing reports and coordinate plans to resolve aged balances.
- Review weekly payment files, including Tipalti funding summaries, before approval.
- Identify at-risk customer accounts and coordinate with customer-facing teams.
- Support accurate and timely month-end book close and escalate financial risks.
- Improve AP processes in partnership with the AR Expert and AP Coordinator.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and experience with account reconciliations and accurate reporting.
- Ability to manage AR and AP deadlines during month-end close.
- Ability to identify risks early and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing a small team.
- Comfort working hands-on with customer accounts, KPIs, and financial operations.
