AP/AR Lead

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable operations.
• Prepare monthly AR ageing reports and coordinate plans to resolve aged balances.
• Review weekly payment files, including Tipalti funding summaries, before approval.
• Support accurate and timely month-end close, escalating risks when needed.
• Identify at-risk customer accounts and coordinate with customer-facing teams.
• Improve AP processes in partnership with the AP Coordinator and wider Financial Operations team.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with reconciliations, customer accounts, and financial reports.
• Experience managing AR and AP activities against month-end deadlines.
• Ability to identify risks early and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience leading a small team through coaching, feedback, development, and difficult conversations.
• Ability to work remotely from Manila, Philippines.
