Senior Product Manager, Home Networking

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for consumer home networking products, including Mesh systems, routers, accessories, extenders, portable Wi-Fi solutions, and broadband access gateways.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from concept and product definition through launch, shipment, and post-launch optimization.
• Create product requirements, feature strategies, pricing recommendations, business cases, and go-to-market plans for hardware, firmware, mobile apps, and cloud-connected experiences.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight work to identify pain points, trends, product opportunities, and positioning.
• Coordinate execution with R&D, QA, PMO, manufacturing, industrial design, supply chain, vendors, sales, and marketing.
• Drive innovation in AI-powered networking and next-generation wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi 8, while mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of product management experience in consumer home networking, connected devices, smart home, or related technology industries.
• Experience owning hardware-related product lines through the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of routers, mesh systems, wireless standards, cloud-connected ecosystems, and mobile app integrations.
• Experience writing detailed PRDs, building roadmaps, defining GTM strategies, recommending pricing, and leading cross-functional execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, decision-making, and customer-focused product leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI-enabled networking features or integrating AI into consumer technology products.
• Experience launching large-scale consumer networking products with global market reach.
• Familiarity with firmware, mobile applications, cloud services, Wi-Fi 7, or Wi-Fi 8.
• Experience in global product development organizations and a passion for connected home technologies.
