Senior Technical Payroll Analyst II - ADP System Analyst (ADP)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States. Candidates working in U.S. offices must meet applicable ITAR eligibility and authorization requirements.

Base salary: $124,500–$145,000 USD annually, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager, including user access, security roles, permissions, and service requests.
• Document payroll processes, procedures, log files, and change controls in accordance with SOX requirements.
• Test configurations, audit system changes, and support compliance with federal and statutory payroll requirements.
• Create custom and ad-hoc ADP reports and analyze payroll data using SQL.
• Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between ADP, Workday, and other systems, including APIs.
• Support global payroll operations, implementations, upgrades, mergers and acquisitions, vendors, and special projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience; 12+ years of total work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, and HCM systems such as Workday, Oracle, or UKG.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting, plus experience developing and troubleshooting API integrations.
• Experience with global payroll operations, tax filings, and multi-currency processing.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, ADP custom reporting, audits, vendor management, and payroll system implementations or upgrades.
• For U.S. office work, eligibility under applicable ITAR regulations is required.

Nice to have

• Workday or Flexspring integration experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional or relevant Workday certifications.
• Agile or Waterfall project management experience and familiarity with Jira.
• Experience with additional HRIS, payroll, or ADP platforms such as Lyric, Celergo, or GlobalView.
