Senior Move Management Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Remote within the United States, with preference for candidates located in the St. Louis area.

What you will do

• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the relocation and shipment process.
• Coordinate domestic household goods shipments from start to finish while following government regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shipment information in government and company systems.
• Coordinate with customers, agents, service providers, military representatives, and internal teams to resolve issues and complete moves successfully.
• Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements that strengthen operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Support training, mentoring, and departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong customer service, relationship management, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in relocation, transportation, logistics, military, or government-related operations.
• Knowledge of household goods moving processes and service coordination.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, or service providers.
• Training, mentoring, team leadership, operational data, quality metrics, or customer service trends experience.
