Sales Engineer (Food & Beverage) (Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical Equipment): Developing customer opportunities and technical sales for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and process equipment applications with an accent on market development, customer relationship management, and solution selection. Focus on understanding production processes, supporting equipment design and project implementation, and delivering technical presentations for pumps, compressors, and process systems.
Location: On-site in Dalian, China

What you will do
- Develop markets and prospective customers in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
- Identify opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, EPC contractors, and industry partners.
- Build key customer relationships and manage opportunities from needs identification through contract execution.
- Analyze customer production processes, including brewing, dairy processing, and filling, to identify application opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams on application confirmation, solution selection, technical exchanges, and project implementation.
- Deliver technical training, product presentations, customer recommendations, and support industry events and marketing activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or technical support in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries, or with pumps, compressors, and process equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in process equipment and control engineering, food science and engineering, food equipment engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, filling technology, process engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of food and beverage and pharmaceutical markets, products, applications, filling processes, food processing, and pharmaceutical and cosmetics equipment technologies.
- Understanding of relevant industry standards, process flows, equipment design, and project implementation.
- Strong technical sales, market development, business communication, project management, and execution skills.
- Good command of English required, including email communication, technical reading, and basic business communication; CET-4 or above. Able to travel as required.
