Director, Strategic Alliances

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $145,000–$165,000 USD base salary per year, excluding bonus potential or commission.

What you will do

• Source and pursue strategic alliance opportunities across the ecosystem.
• Own partnership pipelines from initial contact through negotiation and close.
• Structure agreements with clear performance expectations.
• Build senior-level relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch and scale new alliances.
• Develop relationships with measurement platforms.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing new partnership deals.
• Strong negotiation skills and executive presence.
• Experience owning targets or quotas in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to identify opportunities, own outcomes, and build initiatives from zero to one.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or the creator economy.
• Familiarity with affiliate or performance-driven business models.
• An existing network across platforms, agencies, or commerce technology partners.
