TL;DR

HR Intern (Game Development): Supporting HR administration for an AAA game development company with an accent on employee records, payroll data, benefits queries, and document management. Focus on maintaining accurate employee information, organizing HR documentation, and assisting with company events.

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; Workplace: On-site

What you will do

Update internal databases with employee contact details and employment forms.
Gather payroll information, including leave data, working hours, and bank account details.
Respond to employee questions about benefits and support senior HR colleagues with daily tasks.
Review, distribute, scan, and maintain company policies and HR documents.
Participate in organizing company events.

Requirements

Experience with MS Office.
Strong organizational skills.
BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
Previous experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus.
