Specialist HR Process & System Management Europe - Regional CoE (UKG/SAP HCM): Coordinating HR digitalization initiatives and enhancing HR IT systems across Europe with an accent on UKG, SAP HCM, requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on translating HR business needs into digital solutions, rolling out new tools, and solving implementation and adoption challenges.

What you will do
- Coordinate HR digitalization initiatives and optimize HR processes and systems across Europe.
- Translate operational HR business needs into digital solutions and act as the technical counterpart for HR teams.
- Support HR IT systems through requirements gathering, testing, releases, and change requests, focusing on UKG and SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, HR IT, Global Centers of Excellence, and external partners.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new tools through training, documentation, and user support.
- Take ownership of implementation and problem-solving with a consultative, hands-on approach.
Requirements
- Degree in Digital Business, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR digitalization, HR IT, or HR/IT project environments.
- Hands-on experience with UKG and SAP HCM.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English required.
