What you will do

• Coordinate HR digitalization initiatives across the European region to optimize processes.
• Act as the technical counterpart for operational HR teams to translate business requirements into digital solutions.
• Support and enhance HR IT systems, including requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
• Focus on the maintenance and optimization of UKG and SAP HCM platforms.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, including Payroll, HR IT, and external partners.
• Support the rollout of new tools through training, documentation, and user support.

Requirements

• Degree in Digital Business, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR digitalization, HR IT, or HR/IT project environments.
• Hands-on experience with UKG and SAP HCM.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
