What you will do

  • Lead Employee Services delivery across EMEA, ensuring high-quality execution of employee lifecycle support and transactions.
  • Manage and develop a distributed team, fostering accountability and a high-performing service culture.
  • Own regional performance metrics, including SLAs, KPIs, and employee experience.
  • Standardize and execute global processes while adapting them to regional EMEA requirements.
  • Drive the adoption of service delivery technologies, specifically ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure all operations comply with regional labor laws, GDPR requirements, and company audit standards.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of HR experience, specifically in shared services or HR operations leadership.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Proven track record leading service delivery in high-volume, process-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and regional labor law considerations.
  • Experience working with Works Councils and employee representative bodies.
