Senior Software Test Automation Engineer

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable UI automation suites with Playwright and Selenium.
• Develop API automation using Postman and REST Assured.
• Create and execute performance and security tests with tools such as JMeter, K6, and OWASP ZAP.
• Integrate automated testing into Git-based CI/CD pipelines and improve test data management.
• Review automation code for reliability, maintainability, and speed.
• Collaborate with project managers, DevOps engineers, customer SMEs, and higher-education clients to embed continuous testing and communicate quality metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software or QA engineering, focused on test automation and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of Playwright, Selenium, Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, K6, Gatling, and OWASP ZAP.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python, along with solid Git and CI/CD experience.
• Familiarity with Docker and at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in enterprise or SaaS environments and strong communication skills for working with technical and client stakeholders.

• Higher-education or consulting experience.
• Experience with SpiraTest or Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting.
