Business Management Operations II (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, California, or Singapore. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $68,000–$93,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award eligibility.

What you will do

• Translate customer configuration requirements into buildable systems within manufacturing guidelines.
• Process non-standard customer requests with Product Line Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering.
• Coordinate order shipment status and configuration changes between manufacturing and account teams.
• Communicate commitment status and maintenance updates to customers, including source inspections.
• Manage order fulfillment from forecasting and manufacturing slot requests through booking closure and shipment.
• Prepare booking checklists, initiate approval requests, and escalate booking or revenue issues when needed.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant business operations discipline.
• Understanding of key business drivers and manufacturing business guidelines.
• Ability to solve straightforward operational problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Availability for up to 10% travel.
