Associate, Investor Relations (Finance)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with preference for Austin as a home base

Salary: Commensurate with experience and market standards; performance-based bonus and/or equity may be available

What you will do

• Own investor onboarding from capital commitment through wire clearance, funding confirmation, subscription documents, and e-signature workflows.
• Guide new limited partners through their first year and serve as a trusted point of contact for investor questions and relationship needs.
• Deliver weekly insights, monthly updates, quarterly reports, livestreams, and the annual investor summit.
• Maintain accurate investor records and relationship activity in CRM and investor-relations platforms.
• Use CRM and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to personalize communications and scale high-touch investor engagement.
• Translate fund, deal, and platform information into clear investor communications while partnering with capital formation, fund accounting, and asset management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, wealth management, family office client service, fund administration, or high-touch financial-services client success.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial and strategic information clearly.
• High organization, precision, and ownership of operational workflows involving wires, funding confirmations, subscription documents, and reporting deadlines.
• Experience with CRM, investor-relations, fund-administration, livestream, or event-production tools.

Nice to have

• Exposure to real estate or private equity.
• Experience with InvestNext, SyndicationPro, Yardi, Juniper Square, Zoom, Riverside, or similar platforms.
