VP of Investor Relations (E-commerce)

Location: Lehi, Utah, US; hybrid schedule with onsite work

What you will do

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy and communicate financial performance and strategic vision to investors and analysts.
• Serve as the primary contact for institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and financial disclosures with the executive team and finance leadership.
• Monitor market trends, analyst reports, competitor performance, investor sentiment, and industry developments to provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, communications, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with SEC regulations.
• Lead investor events, roadshows, analyst days, targeted outreach, and initiatives to strengthen analyst coverage and investor confidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking.
• Strong preference for experience at a top-tier investment bank such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, or Morgan Stanley, or at a leading asset management firm such as BlackRock, Blackstone, or Fidelity.
• Experience working for a public company, with a deep understanding of capital markets and investor relations best practices.
• Strong preference for experience covering technology, internet, e-commerce, or consumer products/CPG sectors.
• 5+ years of experience in sell-side or buy-side analyst roles, with exceptional financial acumen and the ability to interpret and communicate financial metrics.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage, influence, and instill confidence in investors, analysts, and internal leadership.

Hiring process

• Initial phone interview with the talent acquisition team.
