VP of Investor Relations (E-commerce)

Location: Lehi, Utah, US; onsite workplace with a hybrid schedule

hirify.global operates an e-commerce business across marketplaces including Walmart.com, Target.com, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, and Mercado Libre.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy and communicate financial performance and the company’s growth story.
• Build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, earnings calls, and financial disclosures.
• Monitor market trends, analyst reports, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, communications, and executive leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and SEC compliance.
• Establish and lead the company’s investor relations function, including roadshows, analyst days, and investor targeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking.
• Experience working for a public company with a strong understanding of capital markets and investor relations best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in sell-side or buy-side analyst roles and the ability to interpret and communicate financial metrics.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage, influence, and build confidence with investors, analysts, and leadership.
• Must be based in Lehi, Utah, US for an onsite/hybrid role.

Hiring process
