Head of Investor Relations – Credit Fund (Private Credit)

hirify.global is a global commerce company providing funding, distribution, marketing, and monetization tools for video game developers, while building a private credit fund for gaming businesses.

What you will do

• Activate existing LP relationships and originate new investors across family offices, credit and alternative asset allocators, funds of funds, and institutions.
• Represent the fund with principals, investment committees, and senior allocators, matching opportunities to investor mandates and ticket sizes.
• Manage the fundraising pipeline from initial contact through meetings, diligence, soft interest, and closed commitments.
• Maintain CRM records, investor activity tracking, pipeline reporting, conversion metrics, and next actions.
• Develop and improve pitch decks, FAQs, data rooms, investor messaging, outreach, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate LP diligence and fund setup workstreams with internal teams, advisors, legal, finance, and leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, placement, private funds, investment banking, private credit, venture capital, private equity, family offices, or institutional fundraising.
• Established, referenceable LP network that can be activated for a first-time fund.
• Track record of raising institutional capital and understanding of fund materials, diligence, investor segmentation, and the private fund lifecycle.
• Excellent business English and the ability to write concise investor communications and presentation language independently.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets, CRM, tracking, reporting, and project management skills.
• Sound judgment, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple investor conversations.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with private credit or first-time fund raises.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• CFA, CAIA, or relevant securities licenses.
• Interest in gaming, fintech, private credit, alternative investments, or digital platforms.
