Website UX/UI Designer & Content Manager

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI quality for hirify.global, Tapo, and Kasa websites.
• Define page layouts, interaction patterns, navigation structures, information architecture, and UX strategies.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, UX specifications, and visual design systems for development teams.
• Lead large-scale website redesign projects and review external agency deliverables.
• Oversee website content updates across product pages, campaigns, landing pages, and support content.
• Conduct UX audits, track user behavior, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements to engagement and conversion pathways.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI, HCI, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in web UX/UI and digital content management.
• Portfolio demonstrating desktop and mobile web experiences, redesigns, landing pages, UX improvements, and visual design systems.
• Strong skills in Figma, responsive and mobile-first design, typography, layout, spacing, color systems, and modern interaction patterns.
• Experience with web analytics such as GA4, funnels, CTR, scroll depth, and behavioral patterns, plus strong CMS experience with WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or similar.
• Experience managing multi-brand websites, external agencies, multiple stakeholders, and complex projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer electronics or technology brands.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, SEO fundamentals, or web performance optimization experience.
• Experience with design systems or multi-brand web ecosystems.
