UX Designer (Digital Products & Member Experience)

Location: San Antonio or Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly digital product interfaces.
• Develop layouts, color schemes, typography, interactive elements, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
• Conduct and incorporate user research, usability findings, and user feedback into designs.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency with established guidelines and brand identity.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams, presenting and defending design decisions.
• Identify complex interface problems and develop user-friendly solutions.

Requirements

• Strong command of Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and consistency.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work.
• Experience contributing to design systems.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, or member-facing digital products.
• Hands-on experience with user research and A/B testing.
