Website UI/UX Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; in-office a minimum of 4 days per week

Salary: $175,000–$205,000 per year, plus a long-term incentive package.

What you will do

• Design and evolve high-traffic websites across the hirify.global, hirify.global Foundation, and Tools for Humanity brands.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for intuitive web and occasional product experiences.
• Translate marketing, content, and brand messaging into effective user journeys and digital experiences.
• Partner with developers from concept through handoff and QA to ensure pixel-perfect, high-performance implementation.
• Simplify complex identity, crypto, and AI concepts into approachable, human-centered interfaces.
• Develop scalable design systems and use analytics, user behavior, and A/B testing to improve usability and performance.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of website UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing high-traffic websites, responsive interfaces, interaction patterns, and usable digital experiences.
• Strong visual design skills covering typography, layout, spacing, and interaction details.
• Expertise in Figma and modern AI-assisted design workflows, including rapid prototyping, design system generation, content generation, and Figma-to-code pipelines.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and understanding technical constraints.
• US work authorization and readiness for a collaborative, in-office role in San Francisco are required.

Nice to have

• Mobile UI/UX or product design experience.
• Motion design, front-end development with HTML/CSS, or SEO experience.
