Location: Edmonton-Parkdale, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; on-site full-time. Some roles require commuting between nearby banking centres or Costco warehouses, including evening, weekend, and statutory-holiday shifts.

What you will do

• Build client relationships, understand personal and business goals, and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Provide day-to-day banking support, answer questions, process transactions, and connect clients with the appropriate banking specialists.
• Engage clients through outreach and business-development activities, including interactions with Costco members at hirify.global kiosks.
• Promote mobile and online banking tools and help clients use digital banking options.
• Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, protect client confidentiality, and follow regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Client service, sales, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Financial Services Representative candidates need a current Mutual Funds License, such as the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Financial Services Representative candidates need at least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Mobile Financial Services Representative candidates need experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment and must be comfortable with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM.
• Flexibility to work on-site full-time, at multiple banking centres or changing Costco kiosk locations, as required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in financial or client service industries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a self-managed environment.
