What you will do

• Oversee strategic and operational functions for patient access and pre-access teams across multiple sites.
• Align front-end operations with revenue cycle goals and regulatory standards.
• Monitor KPIs and lead process improvements that increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Develop departmental budgets and implement initiatives to optimize front-end workflows.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop supervisors and staff while building team engagement.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, resolve escalated issues, and support organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Experience managing patient access and pre-access operations.
• Ability to manage multi-site teams, departmental budgets, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and providing performance feedback to staff.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
