Regional Parts Controller (Inventory Management): Controlling parts stock, replenishment, purchasing, goods receiving, warranty parts, and store operations for service activities with an accent on inventory accuracy, availability, and operational coordination. Focus on reconciling stock discrepancies, managing van inventory, tracking parts usage and warranty claims, and supporting service control during peak periods.
Location: On-site in Avonmouth, United Kingdom, 5 days per week

What you will do
- Monitor stock levels and implement inventory controls to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Conduct monthly stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Replenish service vans and coordinate the purchasing and availability of consumables and PPE.
- Manage goods receiving, including documentation and quality and quantity checks.
- Book parts to service jobs and manage warranty parts, returns, replacements, and claims tracking.
- Maintain an organised parts store and support service control with call handling, engineer planning, and customer liaison during peak periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in parts control or inventory management.
- Strong organisational, time-management, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and tools.
- Knowledge of warranty parts management and goods receiving processes.
