Location: Hybrid, based in either Harwell, UK or Barcelona, Spain; candidates must have the legal right to work in their chosen location
Company
designs, builds, and operates satellites and provides end-to-end satellite mission services, including Earth observation, IoT connectivity, and secure communications.
What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, procurement contracts, and customer agreements.
- Support commercial transactions under appropriate supervision.
- Provide legal support for complex space-related projects and transactions.
- Manage assigned legal matters independently and escalate risks when needed.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
- Translate legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Practitioner-level expertise in Spanish law.
- Experience working with commercial contracts.
- Working knowledge of English law in practice.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Genuine interest in the space sector.
- Legal right to work in the selected UK or Spain location.
