IT Tech Support Technician (iGaming)

Location: Onsite at the Live Studio, 1 Convention Blvd, Atlantic City, New Jersey

What you will do

• Maintain, install, and troubleshoot live studio video-streaming equipment, including cameras, audio systems, video cards, cabling, and related hardware.
• Install, administer, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and other IT hardware.
• Provide technical support for video, optical, data, and network communication systems.
• Monitor information systems and CDN server connections, diagnose issues, and resolve or escalate problems.
• Respond to user support requests, troubleshoot software problems, and provide day-to-day technical consultations.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain related documentation in accordance with IT service procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
• At least 1 year of previous IT or technical computer experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email.
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows-related software installation and troubleshooting.
• Networking, communication, cooperation, independent working, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee authorization.
