Revenue Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Mexico or Brazil

What you will do

• Analyze revenue, customer, and sales performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and provide strategic insights.
• Design and operationalize high-impact growth initiatives to increase revenue and transacting customers across key segments and markets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align goals and execute regional revenue strategies.
• Develop dashboards and performance frameworks to monitor strategic initiatives and optimize their impact.
• Analyze fintech market trends, competitor pricing, card network costs, and alternative payment method costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or a related role within fintech or payments.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling, data analysis, and market research.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects and strict timelines.
• Professional fluency in English required.
