GRC Risk Control Data Analysis & Operations Engineer (Crypto)

What you will do

• Support risk monitoring, user behavior analysis, campaign governance, and case reviews for marketing activities.
• Combine internal and external data to provide analytical insights for operational decisions, strategy iteration, and model optimization.
• Monitor data continuously, define risk indicators, and identify abnormal user or campaign behavior.
• Optimize workflows and establish a standardized risk operations framework to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer service, and other teams to execute marketing and risk control strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and data operations.
• Relevant experience in business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security.
• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to conduct data analysis independently.
• Strong business and risk insight, logical thinking, data sensitivity, and root-cause analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with R or Python.
• Fluent English speaking ability.
