What you will do

• Conduct fraud investigations to identify suspicious trends and resolve escalated issues from cross-functional teams.
• Assess risk against potential customer impact when investigating payment issues.
• Track and monitor the performance of decision systems and risk models.
• Create clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports with support from the risk analytics team.
• Support risk-management initiatives and ad hoc projects while working independently and with peers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, data science, or a related discipline.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Results-oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with prioritization and ownership.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative approach to risk management and problem-solving.
• Fluent English listening and speaking skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with fraud-risk algorithms or modeling.
• Python skills for large-scale data analysis.
