What you will do

• Analyze sales operations and customer data flows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation or stronger controls.
• Review and escalate suspicious activity in CRM and sales processes that may indicate compliance risks.
• Extract and transform CRM data for reporting and investigation support.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for business teams and management.
• Track investigations and compliance control checks while incorporating regulatory updates into monitoring practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Advanced Excel and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with data quality tools, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting internal investigations.
• Understanding of compliance in the software industry.
• Previous experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations.
• Skills with Python libraries including NumPy, pandas, statsmodels, and SciPy.
