What you will do
- Process invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Upload bank statements and transactions and handle invoice and payment queries.
- Manage the invoice receipt process.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and create basic reports.
- Update process documentation when country-specific regulations or requirements change.
Requirements
- English at minimum B2 level.
- Portuguese or Spanish at minimum B1 level.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or administration.
- Analytical thinking and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solution-oriented approach.
