Senior ERP Business Analyst I (Manufacturing & Supply Chain)

Location: On-site at hirify.global's headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States. For U.S. office roles, ITAR regulations require U.S. citizenship, lawful U.S. permanent residence, qualifying refugee/asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required authorizations.

Base pay range: $108,000–$130,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Support global supply chain and manufacturing users of hirify.global's LN ERP systems.
• Design and deploy new ERP solutions and improvements for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Develop expertise in hirify.global's ERP applications and serve as an application expert.
• Support the rollout of LN ERP systems and the LN Cloud migration project.
• Maintain and improve global ERP and business process standards.
• Build partnerships with operations and engineering teams across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP manufacturing and supply chain users in high-tech industries.
• 5+ years of business analyst experience designing, developing, and delivering ERP improvements and solutions.
• Eligibility to work in a U.S. office under applicable ITAR requirements.
• Ability to work on-site and handle prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer work.

Nice to have

• Infor LN or equivalent Tier 1 ERP experience.
• Supply chain professional experience or qualification.
• SQL coding experience.
• Aerospace and defense industry experience.
