D365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant (ERP)

Location: Remote with 25–50% travel required; must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

Base compensation range: $81,980.50–$127,152.38–$172,324.25 annually.

What you will do

• Participate in 4–6-person implementation teams delivering enterprise ERP projects.
• Work directly with clients to implement D365 F&O finance and accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Drive requirements, analysis, solution design, and testing for supply chain workflows.
• Collaborate with functional and technical project members to deliver implementations on time.
• Use Lifecycle Services, DevOps, and standard delivery tools.
• Mentor newer consultants on implementation processes and solution design.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of financial ERP implementation experience, including 2+ years implementing D365 F&O.
• At least 4 full-lifecycle implementations.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing and/or distribution.
• Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, manufacturing and distribution costing, and projects.
• US citizenship or Green Card status required.

Nice to have

• D365 F&O or AX 2012 R3 Finance certification.
• Supply chain or manufacturing certification such as CSCP or CPIM.
• Prior consultancy experience.
