Project & Program Management Lead

What you will do

• Establish the PMO, including the governance model, project intake process, reporting cadence, and tooling.
• Own the programme portfolio and maintain a consolidated view of initiatives, dependencies, status, and risks.
• Define and run stage-gate governance, facilitate reviews, and hold project owners accountable for commitments.
• Build milestone and risk dashboards for senior leadership and escalate issues before they create delays.
• Partner with OPA, OAA, and functional leads to ensure initiatives are planned and tracked effectively.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Senior PM, Junior PM, and Junior Project Coordinator team members.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in project or programme management, including 3–4 years as a PMO lead.
• Experience setting up a PMO or governance framework from scratch.
• Cross-functional programme management experience in a multi-workstream environment.
• Structured risk and issue management, plus clear stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or an equivalent tool.
• BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Operations Management.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification.
• People management and team development experience.
