Senior Technical Product Manager (Data & AI Platform)

Location: Hybrid, site-based role in Carlsbad or San Jose, California, or Englewood, Colorado; office attendance required at least 3 days per week. US citizenship or permanent resident status required.

Salary: $180,500–$285,000 annually. For specific work locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $224,500–$336,500 annually.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for a unified data and AI cloud platform, including context layers, high-throughput ingestion, semantic modeling, and knowledge catalogs.
• Expand the governed cloud data lake by consolidating data sources from business domains for AI and analytics use cases.
• Design platform capabilities for strict governance, data sovereignty, auditability, and regulated environments.
• Define and evolve the semantic layer and enterprise data model with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Deliver internal self-service portals, CLI tools, SDKs, and templates for secure AI-agent development and deployment.
• Establish privacy guardrails and telemetry for token spend, agent utilization, accuracy, and ROI.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience owning data, AI, cloud infrastructure, or engineering-enablement platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud platform capabilities serving both technical and non-technical users.
• Deep knowledge of modern data architecture, especially GCP, and familiarity with agentic concepts and orchestration layers.
• Experience with highly regulated environments such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, or DoD Impact Levels.
• Experience leading through formal OKRs and communicating strategy and trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related AI-focused field.
• Hands-on expertise with Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, IAM architecture, BigQuery, and GCP security controls.
