Mechanical Enginner

Location: Bangalore, India. Relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems with limited supervision.
• Design and modify mechanical layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Design and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and processes for handling, assembly, and disassembly.
• Perform engineering analysis and define, coordinate, and document engineering tests.
• Lead or execute projects, develop suppliers, and generate mechanical product specifications.
• Coordinate procurement, assembly, manufacturing, and installation of mechanical components and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of professional experience.
• Experience with CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis, or Design for Excellence principles.
• Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information and build consensus.

• Knowledge of the hirify.global product life cycle, including prototyping, packaging, material selection, and manufacturing methods.
