SVP, Head of Agentic Engineering and Acceleration (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute the multiyear strategy for agentic product and engineering adoption across the global technology organization.
• Build and lead an initial 10–15-person organization of engineers, architects, platform specialists, and agentic-development leaders.
• Own the design, implementation, governance, and evolution of the company-wide Agentic Delivery Lifecycle.
• Define enterprise-grade agentic development platforms, developer experience standards, model access, execution environments, and reusable services.
• Lead the development of enterprise agents, specialized skills, workflows, orchestration capabilities, and secure MCP integrations.
• Establish governance, security, production assurance, adoption measurement, and cost controls for agentic engineering.

Requirements

• Significant executive experience leading global software engineering, AI engineering, developer platform, or technology transformation organizations.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise generative-AI or agentic-AI platforms and production capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of software engineering, cloud platforms, developer experience, CI/CD, automated testing, source-code management, observability, security, and production operations.
• Strong knowledge of large language models, agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, context and memory management, model routing, human oversight, MCP servers, and enterprise APIs.
• Practical experience with OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or comparable agentic development platforms.
• English is the primary working language; a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is required.
