Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering (AI)

Location: USA - Remote. The role is for U.S.-based employees; hirify.global also welcomes employees into its Boston office.

Salary: $176,800–$247,600 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

• Lead and scale Solutions Engineering, onboarding, scoped delivery, and technical escalation functions.
• Guide teams supporting complex deployments, architecture decisions, reusable solution frameworks, and AI-assisted analytics workflows.
• Build playbooks, processes, quality standards, and repeatable delivery practices across the customer journey.
• Hire, coach, and develop individual contributors and team leads while driving proactive customer partnership.
• Define and track Time-to-Value, CSAT, utilization, project quality, and other operational KPIs.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, TAM, Product, and Engineering to improve hand-offs and feed escalation insights back into the product.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or a related post-sales technical function.
• Experience managing teams in a B2B enterprise software environment.
• Hands-on experience with complex on-premise or hybrid deployments.
• Experience scoping and delivering SOW-based engagements, including project economics, capacity planning, and utilization targets.
• Ability to build operational processes, write playbooks, scale delivery, and connect customer problems to platform capabilities.
• Active fluency with AI tools, automation, and LLM-powered workflows, with the ability to evaluate and adopt them effectively.
