What you will do

• Diagnose system-level issues across SBI systems, including stage, SEM modules, vacuum, and computer systems.
• Support factory integration activities and NPI project installations.
• Collaborate with D&E for deep-dive investigations and structured root cause analysis (RCA) to drive structural fixes.
• Implement ECNs and enhance diagnostic procedures, calibration workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Mechatronics) to verify findings and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physics, Materials, Optoelectronic, Electrical Engineering, or Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS).
• Experience level ranging from newly graduated to 10 years in a technical domain.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by the US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift model or on-duty plan as required by business demands.
• Strong skills in problem probing, documentation, and professional communication.
