Sr. Enterprise Recruitment Representative (Education)

What you will do

• Support recruitment strategies for a UK university and its institutional partners to help achieve enrollment goals.
• Assist with recruitment partner activation, training, and conversion initiatives.
• Promote premium services and tools that improve partner satisfaction and results.
• Customize engagement models and reporting to align with institutional objectives.
• Coordinate communication between university stakeholders, recruitment partners, and hirify.global teams.
• Maintain CRM records, organize partner check-ins, and support monthly conversion workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in education.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of enrollment processes and strategies for differentiated institutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Attention to detail and adaptability when priorities change.
