Core Developer (C++)

What you will do

• Design and develop the core order management protocol for high-performance trading systems.
• Manage internal message processing and connectivity to external trading destinations.
• Optimize trade flow for speed and reliability across financial marketplaces.
• Develop systems for high-transaction and low-latency environments.
• Support the China market and communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

• Mastery of modern C++ and experience with Java.
• Extensive Linux development experience.
• Experience with complex networking infrastructure, including TCP and UDP.
• Strong understanding of computer performance analysis and low-latency systems.
• 1–3 years of professional experience preferred; talented graduates are considered.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required, along with experience working with Chinese exchanges.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed or highly concurrent systems.
• Interest in trading and financial markets.
• Experience outside banking and finance.
