Senior/Staff Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, and business systems.
• Develop multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch processing, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities.
• Contribute to blockchain explorers, onchain data APIs, asset and transaction systems, labels, risk-control platforms, DEX rankings, and token-scoring products.
• Build highly available, high-performance, scalable global systems and improve reliability, cost efficiency, delivery efficiency, and user experience.
• Apply AI tools to agents, intelligent investigation, engineering automation, and intelligent operations.
• Collaborate with product, data, security, algorithm, operations, and engineering teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
• Strong logical thinking, problem decomposition, technical judgment, ownership, and accountability.
• Experience in backend or distributed systems; real-time or batch data processing; data platforms, search, or storage; high-concurrency and high-availability systems; reliability engineering; risk control, security, data analysis, or AI applications.
• Ability to drive complex technical or business initiatives through to measurable outcomes and communicate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work in English or experience building global and multi-region systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
• Familiarity with EVM, UTXO, or Move blockchain models.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
• Background in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
• Proven use of AI tools to solve real problems and turn solutions into scalable engineering capabilities.
