What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of small-business accounts across the full customer lifecycle.
• Run onboarding and help medical practices implement the hirify.global Agent and their first automated workflows.
• Conduct regular business reviews, identify churn risks, and find expansion opportunities.
• Build implementation, account management, and retention playbooks for future customer success hires.
• Share structured customer feedback with product, sales, marketing, and founders to improve the product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience in an early-stage startup, preferably working directly with founders.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with small-business owners.
• Ability to communicate value, handle objections, and guide customers through change.
• Daily use of AI tools and comfort troubleshooting AI agents in practice.

Nice to have

• Experience building onboarding or customer success playbooks from scratch.
