Location: Hybrid in Granada, Malaga, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Katowice, Warsaw, or Wrocław. Workation is available from any hirify.global location for up to four weeks per year within the EU.

What you will do

• Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations for German customers in line with security policies and customer requirements.
• Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and authorization concepts.
• Resolve authorization-related incidents and service requests while providing expert guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support access reviews, segregation-of-duties checks, compliance activities, and customer and internal audits.
• Prepare audit evidence, address findings, and document authorization changes and processes.
• Support SAP transports, deployments, global maintenance tasks, SAP AddOns, and cross-country SAP activities.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written, with the ability to support German-speaking customers.
• More than four years of experience as an SAP Authorization Consultant.
• Strong experience in SAP user management, role and authorization design, and access governance.
• Solid understanding of SAP authorization audit and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership, reliability, attention to detail, and proactive initiative.
• Confident customer communication and effective collaboration in an international team.
