Customer Success Associate - Technical Support (Field Work) (AI Digital Twin)

hirify.global develops AI Digital Twin technology for metabolic health, using data from continuous glucose monitors, smartwatches, and meal logs to support the prevention and management of chronic metabolic diseases.

What you will do

• Help patients fix CGM patches, pair sensors, and set up connected devices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Provide basic troubleshooting guidance and device maintenance best practices.
• Document patient interactions and maintain required records.
• Deliver empathetic, efficient support focused on customer satisfaction.
• Support business operations, including events, lead generation, and inventory management.

Requirements

• B.Sc., diploma in Computer Science, or another relevant technical degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer technical support or a technical support role.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a patient-centric approach.
• Proficiency with video conferencing platforms, messaging applications, and remote support tools.
• Mandatory: English, Telugu, and Hindi; ability to work in Hyderabad in a field-work format.
