Principal Consumer Services Product Owner

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Relocation is not offered.

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product and solution management for digital subscription experiences, including enrollment, billing, servicing, and lifecycle operations.
• Translate business objectives into capabilities, features, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready JIRA backlogs.
• Lead agile planning, requirements workshops, solution refinement, sprint inputs, scope clarification, UAT readiness, defect triage, and release validation.
• Coordinate Product, GTM, Legal, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, architects, designers, and operational teams.
• Drive subscription expansions, localized requirements, payment enablement, fee and charging logic, regulatory disclosures, and operational workflows.
• Advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy, trade-offs, roadmap priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, solution management, business analysis, requirements engineering, or solution design.
• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Enterprise-scale software product experience and the ability to convert ambiguous problems into structured, testable requirements.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Agile, Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning, and software development practices.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder alignment, communication, conflict resolution, risk management, and influence without direct authority.
• Must be based in the United States; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, payments, finance, logistics, regulatory requirements, or subscription operations.
