Product Owner (SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain & Procurement)

Location: 900 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States. External candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global location before hiring.

Salary: USD 110,000–130,000 per year, with additional compensation and benefits potentially including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for SAP S/4HANA capabilities supporting procurement, inventory, finance, and connected order-to-cash processes.
• Lead discovery sessions and future-state process design with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into epics, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, release plans, and measurable KPIs.
• Define and validate integrations across SAP S/4HANA MM, SD, FI/CO, warehouse, tax, payment, logistics, customer, supplier, and third-party systems.
• Coordinate Agile delivery, backlog refinement, testing, data migration, cutover, release readiness, hypercare, and post-launch stabilization.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery progress while maintaining product documentation in Confluence and workflow transparency in Jira and Slack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, SAP functional delivery professional, or similar.
• Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile delivery environment.
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA procure-to-pay, materials management, inventory, finance integration, or related enterprise capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of procurement workflows and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM and FI/CO integration concepts; familiarity with SAP SD and order-to-cash processes is preferred.
• Experience with SAP implementations, testing, data migration, cutover, post-go-live stabilization, stakeholder management, and tools including Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SD configuration and integration, including order-to-cash, pricing, billing, customer master data, and financial postings.
• Familiarity with SAP MM configuration concepts such as purchasing organizations, plants, storage locations, release strategies, invoice tolerances, and movement types.
• Experience in media or entertainment.
• Experience applying automation, analytics, or AI to finance, procurement, supply chain, or business workflows.
• Ability to investigate and learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
