Salesforce Product Manager Sr (AI)

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; office workplace

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annually, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, enhancements, epics, and features for Salesforce initiatives.
• Translate product vision and business strategy into prioritized delivery plans aligned with Salesforce teams, Digital teams, and business stakeholders.
• Define MVPs, MMPs, and increments, and coordinate user acceptance testing for feature delivery.
• Track progress against Objectives and Key Results, as well as target versus actual investment levels.
• Organize feature-definition workshops and ensure delivery tools contain accurate, complete data.
• Coach and mentor Product Owners, Product Managers, peers, and team members while supporting high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in product development, product ownership, or product management.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, features, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and partnership skills.
• Ability to work in the Columbus, OH office workplace.

Nice to have

• PSPO III or CSP-PO certification, and PAL1 or CAL1 certification.
• Experience with business banking, commercial banking, or financial services.
• Experience aligning and developing AI alongside Salesforce or other systems.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams, with strong user-centered design and usability knowledge.
