Manufacturing Technician – Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Pay range: $19.20–$26.40 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate automated filling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Set up equipment, perform changeovers, and complete shutdown procedures.
• Complete manufacturing documentation and in-process quality inspections according to cGMP/ISO standards.
• Identify and address minor mechanical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Support automated and manual pack lines and assist with training new and temporary employees.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and follow production, safety, and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or associate degree with 0+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Strong oral and written English skills and the ability to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and communicate positively.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, stand and move for prolonged periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to work in cleanrooms, freezers, and areas with increased noise levels.
• Experience in a cGMP/ISO facility is a plus.
