What you will do
- Handle gaming platform configurations and backend systems.
- Configure casino and sports promotional mechanics, player journeys, messaging, automations, and game and casino settings.
- Identify and escalate technical issues arising during configuration.
- Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
- Work with CRM teams on marketing automation campaigns and custom technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders while supporting global operations and online gaming launches.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in system administration, configuration management, technical support, or a similar technical role; 2+ years preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Written and verbal English at minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to occasionally participate in extended coverage shifts, currently once per week with flexible scheduling.
